Modalités de retour :

 

3 possibilités :

 

1- Acheminement via les BUS des PERSONNELS LFIDURAS

Pour les classes de 6ème, 5ème, 4ème, et 2nde, la restitution des manuels scolaires pourra se faire en profitant des bus des “personnels du LFI DURAS” et en allant les déposer aux départs de ces bus (tableau ci-dessous) 

Conditions pour un retour par les bus des personnels du LFI DURAS :
– Livres dans un sac, 1 sac/enfant avec la liste complète de TOUS les manuels signée et agrafée au sac. Vous trouverez la liste des manuels par niveau ci-dessous.
 

2 – Acheminement via les BUS EXAMEN

Si les examens se déroulent en présentiel, TOUS les élèves de 3ème, 1ère et Terminale devront rapporter leur manuels eux-mêmes au LFIDURAS à la date d’examen mentionnée dans le tableau ci-dessus.

Remarque : Un service de bus “examens” est mis en place et pris en charge par le LFIDURAS. 

Si les examens ne pouvaient pas se dérouler en présentiel en raison d’une prolongation des restrictions imposées par les autorités vietnamiennes, alors la restitution des manuels scolaires se ferait aux mêmes dates mais en profitant des bus du personnel du LFI DURAS et en allant les déposer aux départs de ces bus (tableau ci-dessous).

Conditions pour un retour par le bus des personnels du LFI DURAS :
– Livres dans un sac, 1 sac/enfant avec liste complète de TOUS les manuels signée et agrafée au sac. Vous trouverez la liste des manuels par niveau ci-dessous.
 

3 – Acheminement par vos propres moyens

Les familles peuvent également se rendre au LFIDURAS par leurs propres moyens aux dates ci-dessus. Vous trouverez la liste des manuels par niveau ci-dessous.

Pour les cas des élèves qui n’auraient pas tous leurs manuels scolaires avec eux (manuels laissés dans les casiers) : 
Les élèves/ familles devront se rendre au LFIDuras par leurs propres moyens, à la date prévue pour son niveau de classe (tableau ci-dessus), afin de vider leurs casiers et de restituer tous les manuels. Vous trouverez la liste des manuels par niveau ci-dessous.

Phương thức trả sách :

1- Gửi trả sách thông qua tuyến xe Bus dành cho Giáo viên LFIDURAS

Đối với khối Lớp 6,7,8 và 10, việc trả sách thư viện sẽ có thể được thực hiện qua việc kết hợp tận dụng «xe bus dành cho Giáo viên Nhà trường» và phụ huynh tới chuyển sách trước khi những xe bus này khởi hành (xem bảng phía dưới)

 

Điều kiện gửi sách thông qua xe bus dành cho Giáo viên :

– Sách được đựng trong túi, 1 túi/1 học sinh kèm theo danh sách đầy đủ toàn bộ sách giáo khoa được ký tên và ghim vào từng túi. Bạn sẽ thấy danh sách giáo khoa theo từng lớp ở phía dưới.

 

2- Gửi trả sách thông qua xe Bus phục vụ thi cuối cấp

Nếu các kỳ thi diễn ra tại trường, TẤT CẢ học sinh lớp 9, 11, và lớp 12 phải tự mang sách giáo khoa của mình đến Trường vào ngày thi được ghi trên lịch phía trên.

Lưu ý : dịch vụ xe bus «phục vụ thi» do Nhà trường tổ chức và chi trả.

Nếu các kỳ thi không thể diễn ra tại trường những theo yêu cầu giãn cách bắt buộc của chính quyền thành phố, thì việc trả sách giáo khoa sẽ thực hiện vào cùng ngày nhưng sẽ thông qua xe bus dành cho Giáo viên nhà trường và phụ huynh tới gửi sách trước khi các xe bus này khởi hành (theo bảng phía dưới).

– Sách được đựng trong túi, 1 túi/1 học sinh kèm theo danh sách đầy đủ toàn bộ sách giáo khoa được ký tên và ghim vào từng túi. Bạn sẽ thấy danh sách giáo khoa theo từng lớp ở phía dưới.

 

3 – Tự trả sách 

Các gia đình cũng có thể đến trường bằng phương tiện của mình vào những ngày theo lịch phía trên. Bạn sẽ thấy danh sách giáo khoa theo từng lớp ở phía dưới.

Đối với những học sinh không mang theo tất cả sách giáo khoa về nhà (sách giáo khoa được để trong tủ đồ ở trường):
Học sinh / gia đình sẽ phải đến trường bằng phương tiện riêng, vào ngày theo lịch của từng lớp (theo bảng phía trên), để dọn sạch tủ đồ và trả sách giáo khoa. Bạn sẽ thấy danh sách giáo khoa theo từng lớp ở phía dưới.

How to return:

1- Delivery via the LFIDURAS staff buses

For the classes of 6ème, 5ème, 4ème, and 2nde, the return of school books can be done by using the buses of the “LFI DURAS staff” and by dropping them off at the departure times of these buses (see table below).

Conditions for return by LFI DURAS staff bus:

– Books in a bag, 1 bag/child clearly labelled with the child’s name and a complete list of ALL textbooks signed and stapled to the bag.

2 – Delivery via the EXAMINATION BUSES

If the exams can take place at LFI Duras, ALL students in 3ème, 1ère and Terminale must bring their textbooks to LFIDURAS themselves on the exam date mentioned above.

Note: An “exam” bus service has been set up and is paid for by LFIDURAS.

If the exams cannot take place at LFI Duras, due to an extension of restrictions imposed by the Vietnamese authorities, then the return of textbooks will be possible on the same dates but by the LFI DURAS staff buses and by dropping them off at the departures of these buses (table below).

Conditions for return by LFI DURAS staff bus:

– Books in a bag, 1 bag/child clearly labelled with child’s name and a complete list of ALL textbooks signed and stapled to the bag. You will find the list of textbooks by level below.
 

3 – Delivery by your own means

Families can also come to LFIDURAS by their own means on the above dates. You will find the list of textbooks by level below.

For students who do not have all their textbooks with them (textbooks left in the lockers):

Students/families will have to come to LFIDuras by their own means, on the date scheduled for their class level (see table above), to empty their lockers and return all textbooks. You will find the list of textbooks by level below.
