Le Conseil d’administration UPMD a le plaisir de vous inviter à participer à son Assemblée Générale Ordinaire qui aura lieu le
Samedi 12 novembre 2022, de 14h à 16h,
Lieu : Le Café des stagiaires
(10 Đường số 54, Thảo Điền, Quận 2, TP HCM)
L’Assemblée Générale est l’occasion pour l’association de soumettre à votre approbation le bilan d’activité, le bilan financier de l’année écoulée (2021-2022) mais aussi de vous présenter les projets pour l’année en cours (2022-2023).
Votre présence et votre implication à cette assemblée générale sont donc indispensables !
Vous trouverez ci-dessous le lien d’inscription à l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire que nous vous demandons de compléter avant le 10 novembre 2022, minuit.
Ce lien vous permettra également :
- De vous porter candidat en tant qu’élu(e) au Conseil d’Administration de l’UPMD, si vous souhaitez participer aux décisions de l’association
- De nous dire si vous souhaitez donner ponctuellement un peu de votre temps, de votre énergie et de vos compétences à la réalisation des projets ou activités de l’association

Chúng tôi vui mừng mời quý phụ huynh thành viên hội phụ huynh UPMD đến tham gia vào cuộc họp Đại hội thường niên của hội phụ huynh UPMD, sẽ diễn ra vào:
Thời gian: Thứ Bảy, ngày 12 tháng 11 năm 2022, từ 2 giờ chiều đến 4 giờ chiều;
Địa điểm: Le Café des stagiaires
(số 10, đường số 54, thảo điền, thành phố Thủ Đức)
Đại hội thường niên là cơ hội để Đại diện Ban Chấp Hành hội huynh phụ UPMD trình lên báo cáo về các hoạt động và báo cáo tài chính của Hội phụ huynh UPMD năm qua (2021-2022), đồng thời thông qua và trình bày các dự án cho năm hiện tại (2022-2023) đến các thành viên của hội.
Do đó, sự có mặt và tham gia của các bạn tại cuộc họp này rất là quan trọng và thiết yếu!
Các bạn sẽ tìm thấy bên dưới thư mời này là một đường liên kết để đăng ký tham gia vào cuộc họp Đại hội thường niên. Xin vui lòng hoàn thành mẫu đăng ký trước 12:00 giờ đêm ngày 10 tháng 11 năm 2022.

- Tự ứng cử vào Ban chấp hành Hội phụ huynh UPMD, nếu bạn muốn tham gia vào các quyết định của Hội phụ huynh UPMD.
- Mong muốn góp phần, thời gian và kỹ năng của mình, để tham gia thực hiện và hỗ trợ các dự án hoặc hoạt động của Hội phụ huynh UPMD.

The UPMD Board is pleased to invite you to attend its Ordinary General Assembly which will take place on
Saturday 12 November 2022, from 2 to 4 pm,
Location: Le Café des stagiaires

The General Assembly is an opportunity for the association to submit for your approval the activity report, the financial report of the past year (2021-2022) but also to present to you the projects for the current year (2022-2023).
Your presence and your involvement in this general assembly are therefore essential!
You will find below the registration link for the Ordinary General Assembly that we ask you to complete before midnight on 10 November 2022.

- To apply for election to the UPMD Board of Directors, if you wish to participate in the association’s decisions
- To tell us if you hope to give some of your time, energy and skills to the realisation of the association’s projects or activities
