ETAPE 1 – ADHÉSION / INSCRIPTION 

 

HelloAsso aide l’UPMD à gérer ses adhésions gratuitement. Merci de cliquer sur le lien HelloAsso ci-dessus, pour démarrer le processus d’ins iciption :

    • Remplissez le Formulaire d’adhésion à L’UPMD – Un TUTORIEL HELLOASSO est disponible : – ICI –
      Vous aurez obligatoirement besoin de votre identifiant EDUKA personnel pour valider votre paiement. Comment récupérer votre identifian Eduka ? -> Tutoriel EDUKA – ICI –
    • Vous pourrez régler par CB les frais d’adhésions de 300 K Vnd / 11.10 Euros par famille.

ETAPE 2 – MISE A JOUR DES INFORMATIONS FAMILLE 

Une fois votre inscription validée par l’UPMD, vous recevrez un email vous informant de votre statut :

Suivez les instructions reçues par email pour vous rendre sur votre compte myUPMD pour mettre à jour  les infos de votre famille et de vos enfants.
Vous devez remplir tous les champs obligatoires pour pouvoir bénéficier du Transport Scolaire UPMD. Ces informations seront transmises automatiquement au transporteur.

 

ETAPE 3 – INSCRIPTION AVEC SBS 

SBS, le partenaire de transport scolaire de l’UPMD, vous contactera pour finaliser votre inscription et vous enverra le contrat à signer, ainsi que votre échéancier de paiement.

BUOC 1 – VẬN TẢI & THÀNH VIÊN ĐĂNG KÝ

HelloAsso giúp UPMD quản lý tư cách thành viên miễn phí. Làm ơn, nhấp vào liên kết HelloAsso ở trên, để bắt đầu quá trình đăng ký:

  • Hoàn thành Mẫu thành viên UPMD – HELLOASSO HƯỚNG DẪN có sẵn: : – TẠI ĐÂY –

Bạn sẽ cần số nhận dạng EDUKA cá nhân của mình để xác thực khoản thanh toán của mình. Làm cách nào để khôi phục ID Eduka của bạn? -> Hướng dẫn EDUKA: – TẠI ĐÂY –

  • Thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng phí thành viên 300K Vnd / 11.10€ / gia đình

BUOC 2 – CẬP NHẬT THÔNG TIN GIA ĐÌNH

Khi đăng ký của bạn đã được xác thực bởi UPMD, bạn sẽ nhận được email thông báo về trạng thái của mình

Làm theo hướng dẫn nhận được qua email để đi tới myUPMD và gửi cho chúng tôi thông tin về gia đình và con cái của bạn.
Bạn phải hoàn thành tất cả các trường bắt buộc để có thể hưởng lợi từ Dịch vụ Vận chuyển Trường học của UPMD. Thông tin này sẽ được truyền tự động đến người vận chuyển.

 

 

BUOC 3 – ĐĂNG KÝ VỚI SBS

Công ty SBS Bus, đối tác của UPMD sẽ liên hệ với bạn để hoàn tất việc đăng ký. SBS sẽ gửi cho bạn hợp đồng để ký, cùng với lịch thanh toán của bạn

STEP 1 –  REGISTRATION

HelloAsso helps UPMD to manage its memberships for free. Please click on the HelloAsso link above, to start the registration process : 

  • Complete the UPMD Membership Form – A HELLOASSO TUTORIAL is available: – HERE –
    You will need your personal EDUKA identifier to validate your payment. How to recover your Eduka ID? -> EDUKA Tutorial – HERE –
  • Pay by Credit Card membership fees of 300K Vnd / 11.10 Euros per family.

STEP 2 – UPDATE FAMILY INFORMATION

Once your registration validated by the UPMD, you will receive an email informing you of your status. 

> Follow the instructions received by email to go to myUPMD and send us the info of your family and your children.
You must complete all the required fields to be able to benefit from UPMD School Transport. This information will be transmitted automatically to the School Transport company.

STEP 3 – REGISTRATION WITH SBS 

SBS, The School Transportation partner of the UPMD, will contact you to finalize your registration. It will send you the contract to sign, as well as your payment schedule.
