Nous vous informons qu’après quelques difficultés, la campagne UPMD 2024-2025 d’adhésion/inscription au bus scolaire SBS
a débuté le 15 Avril 2024 et se clôturera le 30 juin 2024
Pour garantir une place à votre enfant dans le bus souhaité, il est essentiel de vous inscrire avant le 30 juin.
Attention : du 1er juillet au 25 août 2024 inclus, les membres de la commission transport UPMD ne seront plus disponibles pour vous accompagner dans votre démarche d’inscription.
Afin de bénéficier de ce service, 2 conditions préalables :
1. La famille doit avoir indiqué “OUI” dans le champ dédié au transport scolaire sur le portail Eduka au moment de l’inscription/réinscription de son enfant
et fournir obligatoirement son numéro personnel Eduka qui lui sera demandé sur le formulaire de paiement en ligne (comment récupérer son numéro identifiant Eduka -ICI-)
2. La famille doit s’acquitter d’une cotisation annuelle de 300 000 VND à l’UPMD. Cette cotisation annuelle est unique, quel que soit le nombre d’enfants de la famille.
Ce service n’ayant aucun caractère obligatoire, les familles sont libres d’opter pour tout autre moyen de transport qui leur conviendrait mieux (transport privé, covoiturage, etc).

Chúng tôi xin thông báo với bạn rằng, sau một số khó khăn, chiến dịch UPMD 2024-2025 việc tham gia/đăng ký xe buýt trường học SBS
đã bắt đầu vào ngày 15 tháng 4 năm 2024 và sẽ kết thúc vào ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2024
Để đảm bảo chỗ cho con của quý vị trên chuyến xe phù hợp, quý vị cần phải đăng ký trước ngày 30 tháng Sáu.
Xin lưu ý: từ ngày 1 tháng 7 đến ngày 25 tháng 8 năm 2024, các thành viên của Ủy ban Vận chuyển UPMD sẽ không có mặt để hỗ trợ thủ tục đăng ký của quý vị.
Để được hưởng lợi từ dịch vụ này, có 2 điều kiện thiết yếu:
1. gia đình phải đánh dấu “CÓ” vào trong khung dành riêng cho vận chuyển học trò trên cổng Eduka khi “ghi danh/tái ghi danh” cho con em mình
và phải cung cấp số nhận dạng Eduka cá nhân của họ, số này sẽ được yêu cầu trên hình thức thanh toán trực tuyến (cách lấy số nhận dạng Eduka của bạn -ĐÂY-).
2. Gia đình phải hoàn tất thanh toán lệ phí năm là 300.000 đồng (khoảng €11,10) cho UPMD. Đây là khoản phí duy nhất hàng năm, bất kể số lượng trẻ em trong gia đình.
Dịch vụ này không có yếu tố bắt buộc, các gia đình có thể tự do lựa chọn bất kỳ phương tiện giao thông nào khác phù hợp với nhu cầu của mình hơn (phương tiện cá nhân, đi chung xe, v.v.).

Dear Parents,
We inform you that, after some difficulties, the UPMD 2024-2025 campaign for UPMD annual membership payment and school transport registration
has started on 15 April 2024 and will end on 30th June 2024
In order to guarantee your child a place on the desired bus, it is essential that you register before 30 June.
Please note: from 1 July to 25 August 2024 inclusive, the members of the UPMD Transport Committee will no longer be available to assist you with your application.
In order to benefit from this service, there are 2 preliminary conditions:
1. The family must have indicated “YES” in the field dedicated to school transport on the Eduka portal at the time of their child’s enrolment/re-enrolment
and must provide their personal Eduka identifier number, which will be requested on the online payment form (how to get your Eduka identifier number -HERE-).
2. Family must pay an annual membership fee of 300,000 VND to UPMD. This is a single annual fee, regardless of the number of children in the family.
This service being not compulsory, families are free to choose any other means of transport that suits them better (private transport, car pooling, etc).
