Chers parents, 

 

Les parents bénévoles de l’UPMD, en partenariat avec M. Pierre Onana, professeur de sport du LFI Duras et l’association Français Du Monde – ADFE Vietnam a le plaisir de vous informer de la reconduction pour l’année scolaire 2023-2024 de l’activité Foot du Samedi afin de répondre à la demande de nos enfants.

Cette activité est destinée aux enfants à partir de la classe de 6ème.

Attention : 

L’activité foot du samedi UPMD est totalement indépendante des activités UNSS organisées par le LFI Duras et l’AEFE. La licence UNSS est obligatoire pour participer aux rencontres sportives organisées dans le cadre des compétitions programmées par l’école et l’AEFE.

L’UPMD n’est donc pas responsable de l’organisation de ces compétitions.

M. Onana s’est occupé de tout organiser et un terrain de foot est réservé les samedis matins pour l’activité. De même, un deuxième intervenant sera présent pour entraîner les enfants avec M. Onana.
Les entraînements concernent en tout 30  samedis (lien de téléchargement du calendrier des entraînements)

Les frais d’inscription sont de 5.000.000 vnd par enfant.

1 – Détails :

  • Date d’ouverture de la campagne d’ inscription : le 18septembre 2023
  • Date de clôture de la campagne d’inscription : le 29 septembre 2023 à minuit
  • Lieu des entraînements : 146 Nam Hòa, Phước Long A, Quận 9Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (146 Nam Hòa )

Deux sessions de 2 heures chacune :

  • 8h -10h : catégorie U13 et les filles du lycée
  • 10h -12h : catégories U15 et  U18

2 – Conditions OBLIGATOIRES pour pouvoir participer à l’activité Foot du Samedi :

  • Être à jour de sa cotisation UPMD 2023-2024 (votre N° d’adhérent vous sera demandé)
  • Avoir payé les frais d’inscription aux entraînements
  • Avoir rempli le formulaire d’inscription avec le lien suivant :  – Formulaire d’inscription –
  • Avoir  renvoyé à foot@upmd.fr la décharge de responsabilité civile pour votre enfant complétée et signée et téléchargeable avec le lien suivant : – Décharge de responsabilité –

3 – Paiement (paiements en espèces uniquement) :

Une enveloppe fermée avec à l’intérieur :

  • Le nom, le prénom et la classe de l’enfant (ex 6C, 2A)
  • Votre N° d’adhérent UPMD 2023-24
  • La somme exacte de 5.000.000 vnd par enfant

Remise de l’enveloppe : 2 possibilités

1 – Dépôt de l’enveloppe au bureau de L’UPMD aux jours et heures de permanence.

2 – Remise de l’enveloppe à M. Onana

Date limite du paiement : Le 29 septembre 2023

Une inscription ne sera considérée comme valide qu’à la condition que les consignes énumérées ci-dessus soient scrupuleusement respectées.

Sur présentation de votre attestation de bourse (année 2023-2024) délivrée par le consulat de France à HCMC,  les frais d’inscription de votre/vos enfant(s) seront intégralement pris en charge par l’association Français Du Monde – ADFE Vietnam, dans le cadre de son projet “Pas à Pas”, programme d’aide aux activités menées en langue française.

Các bậc phụ huynh tình nguyện viên của UPMD, hợp tác với thầy Pierre Onana, giáo viên thể thao tại LFI Duras và Hiệp hội Français Du Monde – ADFE Việt Nam, vui mừng thông báo với các bạn rằng Hoạt động Bóng đá Thứ Bảy sẽ tiếp tục trở lại trong năm học 2023-2024, nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của con của chúng tôi.

Hoạt động này dành cho trẻ em từ lớp 6ème trở lên.

Lưu ý: Hoạt động bóng đá thứ bảy của UPMD hoàn toàn độc lập với các hoạt động của UNSS do LFI Duras và AEFE tổ chức. Giấy phép UNSS là bắt buộc để tham gia các sự kiện thể thao được tổ chức như một phần của các cuộc thi do trường và AEFE lên lịch. Do đó UPMD không chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức các cuộc thi này.

Trường Marguerite Duras đang súc tiến để ổn định những môn hoạt động này vào sáng thứ Bảy hàng tuần, nhưng trước mắt, UPMD sẽ đứng lên hỗ trợ cho có giáo viên dạy huấn luyện vào thứ bảy này.

Ông Onana đã lo việc mặt tổ chức và một sân bóng đá đã được dành riêng vào các buổi sáng thứ Bảy để tập luyện. Một huấn luyện viên thứ hai cũng sẽ có mặt để huấn luyện các em cùng với ông Onana.

Các buổi đào tạo sẽ diễn ra trong tổng số 30 ngày thứ Bảy (link tải lịch đào tạo)

Phí nhập học là 5.000.000 VNĐ/trẻ.

  • Ngày mở chiến dịch đăng ký: 18 tháng 9 năm 2023
  • Ngày kết thúc chiến dịch đăng ký: 29 tháng 9 năm 2023 (nửa đêm)
  • Địa điểm đào tạo: 146 Nam Hòa, Phước Long A, Quận 9 Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (146 Nam Hòa)

Hai buổi, mỗi buổi 2 giờ:

  • 8h – 10h: các lứa tuổi U13 và nữ THPT
  • 10h -12h: các loại U15 và U18.

2 – Điều kiện BẮT BUỘC khi tham dự hoạt động bóng đá ngày thứ Bảy:

  • Đã thanh toán phí thành viên UPMD (bạn sẽ được yêu cầu cung cấp số thành viên UPMD)
  • Phí đăng ký đã được thanh toán
  • Hoàn thành mẫu đăng ký theo link sau: – Mẫu đăng ký – 
  • Đã gửi lại bản miễn trừ trách nhiệm dân sự của con bạn tới foot@upmd.fr, đã điền đầy đủ và ký tên, đồng thời có thể tải xuống từ liên kết sau: – Miễn trừ trách nhiệm pháp lý – 

3 – Thanh toán (chỉ tiền mặt): 

Một phong bì dán kín có chứa

  • Họ, tên và lớp của trẻ (ví dụ: 6C, 2A)
  • Số thành viên UPMD 2023-24 của bạn
  • Số tiền chính xác là 5.000.000đ một trẻ

Phong bì giao hàng: 2 lựa chọn

1 – Nộp phong bì tại văn phòng UPMD trong giờ làm việc.

2 – Đưa phong bì cho ông Onana

Việc đăng ký sẽ chỉ được coi là hợp lệ nếu các hướng dẫn trên được tôn trọng một cách cẩn thận. Cảm ơn bạn đã hiểu biết và hợp tác của bạn!

Sau khi xuất trình giấy chứng nhận học bổng (năm 2023-2024) do Lãnh sự quán Pháp tại TP.HCM cấp, phí nhập học của con bạn sẽ được chi trả toàn bộ bởi Hiệp hội Français Du Monde – ADFE Vietnam, như một phần của chương trình “Pas à Pas” của hiệp hội. ” dự án, một chương trình hỗ trợ các hoạt động được thực hiện bằng tiếng Pháp.

Dear parents,

UPMD volunteer parents, in partnership with Mr Pierre Onana, sports teacher at LFI Duras and Français Du Monde – ADFE Vietnam association, is pleased to inform you that Saturday Football Activity will resume for 2023-2024 school year, following the numerous request received from the children.

This activity is for those in class of 6ème and upwards.

Attention : UPMD Saturday Football Activity is totally independent of UNSS activities organised by LFI Duras and AEFE. UNSS licence is compulsory to participate in sporting events organised as part of competitions scheduled by the school and the AEFE. UPMD is therefore not responsible for the organisation of these competitions.

Mr Onana has taken care of the organisation and a football pitch has been reserved on Saturday mornings for training. A second coach will also be present to train the children together with Mr. Onana.

The training sessions will take place over a total of 30 Saturdays (link to download training schedule)

Enrolment fees are VND 5,000,000 per child.

  • Registration campaign opening date: 18 September 2023
  • Closing date of the registration campaign: 29 September 2023 (midnight)
  • Training location: 146 Nam Hòa, Phước Long A, Quận 9 Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (146 Nam Hòa)

Two sessions of 2 hours each:

  • 8am – 10am: U13 category and the girls of the school
  • 10am -12pm: U15 and U18 categories

2 – MANDATORY conditions for attending Saturday football activities:

  • Be up to date with your UPMD 2023-2024 membership fees (you will be asked for your membership number)
  • Have paid registration fee

3 – Payment (cash only) :

A sealed envelope containing

  • Child’s surname, first name and class (e.g. 6C, 2A)
  • Your 2023-24 UPMD membership number
  • The exact amount of 5,000,000 vnd per child

Envelope delivery: 2 options

1 – Hand in the envelope at the UPMD office during office opening hours.

2 – Hand in the envelope to Mr Onana

Deadline for payment : 29 September 2023

 

Registrations will only be considered valid if the above requirements are scrupulously respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

 

UPMD Families members with scholarships, get in contact with us! Upon presentation of your scholarship certificate (year 2023-2024) issued by the French Consulate in HCMC, your child(ren)’s enrolment fees will be fully paid by Français Du Monde – ADFE Vietnam, as part of its “Pas à Pas” project, a programme to support activities conducted in French.
