LE TRANSPORT SCOLAIRE DU LFI DURAS EST-IL MENACÉ ?

Lors de l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de l’UPMD, il a été décidé qu’une rencontre serait organisée avec vous pour décider de l’avenir du transport scolaire collectif organisé par notre association.

En effet, la gestion de cette activité par l’UPMD pose de multiples problèmes :

  • Manque de parents bénévoles et donc de temps pour le suivi de l’activité
  • Pas ou peu de soutien des institutions et des familles
  • Perturbations et incertitudes dues à la crise sanitaire et à la crise économique actuelle et à venir, qui fragilise largement l’activité

Aujourd’hui, l’équipe UPMD en place a besoin de débattre avec vous de ce sujet, afin de décider ensuite si oui ou non, l’association doit poursuivre l’aventure au nom de tous les parents usagers.

En effet, l’année scolaire 2022-2023 est la troisième et dernière année couverte par l’appel d’offres actuel.

Face à cet enjeu,
la participation du plus grand nombre d’entre-vous est donc cruciale.

 Ba mẹ thân mến,

Sau buổi họp thường kỳ của hội phụ huynh UPMD, chúng tôi nhất trí tổ chức một cuộc họp với các phụ huynh về việc sử dụng dịch vụ vận tải đưa đón học sinh. Trong quá trình hoạt động, có một số vấn đề như sau:

  • Sự thiếu hụt nguồn lực tình nguyện viên là các bậc phụ huynh trong việc giám sát hoạt động vận tải.
  • Không/ Ít nhận được sự hỗ trợ từ các gia đình.
  • Các vấn đề về sức khỏe và kinh tế ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động vận tải.

Hôm nay, các thành viên của UPMD cần thảo luận vấn đề này với các phụ huynh, để quyết định việc chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục đại diện cho các phụ huynh về vấn đề này nữa hay không. Xin lưu ý rằng, năm học 2022 – 2023 là năm cuối của việc thử nghiệm đấu thầu vận tải.

Vì vậy,
chúng tôi rất cần sự tham dự của các phụ huynh trong cuộc họp này.

 IS LFIDURAS SCHOOL TRANSPORT UNDER THREAT? 

 Dear members,

At the UPMD’s Ordinary General Assembly, it was decided that a meeting would be organised with you to decide on the future of the collective school transport organised by our association.

The UPMD’s management of this activity poses many problems:

  • Lack of parent volunteers and therefore lack of time to monitor the activity
  • No or little support from institutions and families
  • Disruptions and uncertainties due to the health crisis, which have greatly weakened the activity

Today, the current UPMD team needs to discuss this issue with you, in order to decide whether or not the association should continue the adventure on behalf of all the parents who use the service.

The participation of as many of you as possible is therefore crucial.
