Chères familles membres de l’UPMD,
UPMD Sports, en partenariat avec M. Pierre Onana, professeur de sport du LFI Duras, vous informe de l’ouverture prochaine des inscriptions au CLUB DE FOOT DE L’UPMD, saison 2025-2026, pour le plus grand plaisir de nos enfants et celui des parents bénévoles qui l’animent !
Cette activité est destinée aux enfants à partir de la classe de CE1, Merci de bien lire toutes les informations ci-dessous.

Cette année, à la demande de nombreuses familles et de l’ensemble des enfants, Le CLUB DE FOOT DE L’UPMD va améliorer encore les entraînements !! C’est avec plaisir et fierté, que les parents bénévoles vous annoncent toutes les avantages et nouveautés :

1 – Détails Généraux :
| Grâce à l’ensemble du bénévolat des parents de l’UPMD, les frais annuels d’inscription sont de 10 900 000 vnd par enfant : |
- Inclus dans les frais d’inscription :
- Tous les frais et équipements d’entraînement
- 2 Tenues de foot COMPLETE ( chaussettes, short, Maillot ) de 2 couleurs différentes
- Non inclu dans les frais d’inscription :
- Participation aux matchs amicaux : 50 000 VND par enfant, par match
- Participation aux Tournois, Leagues : tarif en fonctions des tournois
- Habits Sportswear aux couleurs du Club, à commander en supplément
- Date d’ouverture de la campagne d’ inscription : le 09 septembre 2025
- Date de clôture de la campagne d’inscription : le 28 septembre 2025 à minuit

3 – Conditions OBLIGATOIRES pour pouvoir participer à l’activité Foot du Samedi :
- Être à jour de sa cotisation UPMD 2025-2026 (votre N° d’adhérent vous sera demandé)
- Avoir payé les frais d’inscription à l’activité
- Avoir rempli le formulaire d’inscription avec le lien suivant : – Formulaire d’inscription –
Attention, un formulaire d’inscription est à remplir pour chaque enfant. - Avoir renvoyé à foot@upmd.fr la décharge de responsabilité civile pour votre enfant complétée et signée et téléchargeable avec le lien suivant : – Décharge de responsabilité –

Familles adhérentes boursières, faites-vous connaître !
Sur présentation de votre attestation de bourse (année 2025-2026) délivrée par le consulat de France à HCMC, les frais d’inscription de votre/vos enfant(s) seront pris en charge par l’UPMD à raison de la quotité de bourse attribuée.
Attention :
L’activité foot du samedi UPMD est totalement indépendante des activités sportives UNSS organisées par le LFI Duras et l’AEFE. La licence UNSS est obligatoire pour participer aux rencontres sportives organisées dans le cadre des compétitions programmées par l’école et l’AEFE.
L’UPMD n’est donc pas responsable de l’organisation de ces compétitions.

UPMD Sports, hợp tác với ông Pierre Onana, giáo viên thể dục của LFI Duras, xin thông báo về việc mở đăng ký cho CÂU LẠC BỘ BÓNG ĐÁ UPMD, mùa giải 2025-2026, mang lại niềm vui lớn cho các em nhỏ và các bậc phụ huynh tình nguyện tham gia tổ chức!
Hoạt động này dành cho các em học sinh từ CE1 trở lên. Xin vui lòng đọc kỹ tất cả các thông tin dưới đây.

Năm nay, theo nguyện vọng của rất nhiều gia đình và tất cả các em nhỏ, CÂU LẠC BỘ BÓNG ĐÁ UPMD sẽ tiếp tục nâng cao chất lượng tập luyện !! Với niềm vui và tự hào, các phụ huynh tình nguyện xin thông báo đến các bạn tất cả những điểm mới và lợi ích nổi bật sau đây :
Head Coach Pierre cùng các HLV William, Jospin và Matthew sẽ luôn tận tâm hơn bao giờ hết để mang đến cho các em một mùa giải thật tuyệt vời ! |
1 – Thông tin Chung:
| Nhờ sự hỗ trợ của các bậc phụ huynh tình nguyện của UPMD, phí đăng ký hàng năm chỉ là 10.900.000 VND mỗi em: |
- Bao gồm trong phí đăng ký:
- Tất cả các chi phí và thiết bị tập luyện.
- 2 bộ đồ đá bóng (vớ, quần, áo) với 2 màu khác nhau.
- Không bao gồm trong phí đăng ký:
- Tham gia các trận đấu giao hữu: 50.000 VND mỗi em, mỗi trận.
- Tham gia các giải đấu, các giải League: phí tùy thuộc vào từng giải.
- Trang phục thể thao của Câu lạc bộ, có thể đặt mua thêm.
- Ngày mở đầu đợt đăng ký: 09 tháng 9 năm 2025.
- Ngày kết thúc đợt đăng ký: 28 tháng 9 năm 2025 lúc nửa đêm.

- Đã thanh toán phí hội viên UPMD 2025-2026 (số hội viên của bạn sẽ được yêu cầu).
- Đã thanh toán phí đăng ký cho hoạt động.

Lưu ý, cần phải điền một mẫu đăng ký cho mỗi em

Các gia đình có học bổng, hãy thông báo cho chúng tôi!
Khi xuất trình giấy chứng nhận học bổng (năm 2025-2026) do lãnh sự quán Pháp tại TP.HCM cấp, phí đăng ký cho con của bạn sẽ được UPMD chi trả theo mức học bổng được cấp.
Lưu ý:
Hoạt động bóng đá của UPMD vào thứ Bảy hoàn toàn độc lập với các hoạt động thể thao UNSS do LFI Duras và AEFE tổ chức. Giấy phép UNSS là bắt buộc để tham gia các cuộc thi thể thao được tổ chức trong khuôn khổ các giải đấu do trường học và AEFE lập kế hoạch.
Do đó, UPMD không chịu trách nhiệm về việc tổ chức các giải đấu này.

UPMD Sports, in partnership with Mr. Pierre Onana, sports teacher at LFI Duras, announces the upcoming opening of registrations for the UPMD FOOTBALL CLUB, season 2025-2026, to the great pleasure of our children and the volunteer parents who run it!
This activity is intended for children starting from the second grade. Please read all the information below carefully.

This year, at the request of many families and all the children, the UPMD FOOTBALL CLUB will further improve the training sessions!! With joy and pride, the volunteer parents are delighted to announce all the new benefits and features:

1 – General Details:
| Thanks to all the volunteer work of UPMD parents, the annual registration fee is

- All training fees and equipment
- 2 Football outfits (socks, shorts, jersey) in 2 different colors

- Participation in friendly matches: 50,000 VND per child, per match
- Participation in Tournaments, Leagues: price depending on the tournaments

Scholarship member families, make yourself known!
Upon presentation of your scholarship certificate (year 2025-2026) issued by the French consulate in HCMC, the registration fees for your child(ren) will be covered by UPMD based on the scholarship portion awarded.
Please note:
The UPMD Saturday football activity is completely independent of the UNSS sports activities organized by the LFI Duras and the AEFE. The UNSS license is mandatory to participate in sports meetings organized as part of the competitions scheduled by the school and the AEFE.
The UPMD is therefore not responsible for the organization of these competitions.
